Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are unworn.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
